These terms govern your use of gigamindtechnologies.com (the “Site”), the website of GigaMind Technologies Private Limited (CIN U72100UP2026PTC246838) (“GigaMind”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information only

The Site describes GigaMind and ChefBot. ChefBot is at design stage: it has not been built, tested or certified, and it is not offered for sale. Images of ChefBot are CAD models or renders, not photographs. Specifications, prices, models and roadmap dates are design targets and plans, and may change.

No offer of securities

Nothing on the Site is an offer or invitation to buy or subscribe for securities, or investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Any investment discussion happens only through direct communication and proper legal documentation.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, images, CAD views, design, logo and the GigaMind and ChefBot names, belongs to or is licensed to GigaMind. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• Do not send false, misleading or malicious content through the contact form.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, GigaMind is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
